Question: Dear Doc, i had unprotected sex with my wife on last month 31st her periods supposed to be on this month 1st. un-till now she didn't had her periods. she had iPill very next morning. She could be pregnant ? till now there is no pregnancy symptoms or anything. what could be the reason ?

Absence of periods in a patient with regular cycle indicates pregnancy.
She can go for a urine pregnancy test(for confirmation). If the UPT is positive, she can opt for Medical termination of pregnancy.
