Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query and the attached photograph and here is my opinion.
You are right and it is very likely a hemorrhoid with skin tag.
You should do some dietary and life style modifications and have plentiful fiber.
Avoid junk food and take lot of raw vegetables and fruits.
Be well hydrated.
Be physically active.
Take hot seitz bath.Sit in a tub filled with lukewarm water and a small amount of Beta-dine.This would help to reduce local inflammation.
Avoid long hours of sitting.
If the problem continues, see your clinician.
Hope that I have answered your query.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
