Question : Dear Doctor

I already asked two questions and I hope you can refer to them in my history.

My next question is related to my wife sleep disorder. She had lot of work load and busy running an institution.

She finds her head very heavy and feels lot of stress.
My question is that before she takes any medicine for sleep, what should she do to improve her sleep?
