Question : Dear Doctor , I hope u are doing well. Would like to find midceane for reflux not interact with or stop eltroxin , I am using nexium 40 but the problem it is stop absorbing of eltroxin , pls advise me what medicine shall I take and would be availvlbe on gulf . Best regards Ahmed

There are definitely alternatives. I suggest you try either ranitidine, an antacid (e.g. balancid) or Galieve/Gaviscon.

You could also try taking nexium and eltroxin one hour apart to prevent the problems with absorption.
