                                            Question : Dear Doctor,
My Girlfriend has a recurring sinusitis pain which makes her days very inconvenient. She can not even bend to tie her shoes. We were on the ER and the specialist said that she needed to take Antibiotics with Nose Spray. But she'd done with that only 3 weeks ago. She felt better but in the evening the pain came back very strongly. I told the doctor to puncture her face but I was refused. Antibiotics (New one) and the same nose spray have been prescribed again. She does not want to take the antibiotics again. What should we do to ease the pain? Thanks for your answer in advance.

Hii. Please follow the advice of Ent surgeon. If there is active infection
Detailed Answer:
Hii. Please follow the advice of Ent surgeon. If there is active infection in the nose and sinus we cannot puncture or do any surgery immediately on it. You have to take antibiotic, nasal spray, antiallergic tablet. Once the infection gets settled then you have to get reassessed and plan for further treatment. Just now listen to your doctor.
