HSG reports not available
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
You have given all the details except HSG report.
If there is blockage of tubes she may not conceive normally..
If semen analysis is normal she should undergo a diagnostic hysteroscopy and laparoscopy to confirm the tubal patency.Once that is confirmed she can be convinced about the chances of normal conception.
Proximal tubal blockes can be corrected if any during laparoscopy.
I suggest you to get a direct check up.with an infertility specialist and confirm tubal patency before continuing letrazole tablets .
Hope my answer helps you
Regards

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for sharing the report.
She definitely needs diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy wherein a XXXXXXX is injected to assess the patency. If any cannulation can be done, it can be assessed. Confirmation of tubal patency is very important.
Trying normally with partial blockage may not be a good option.
Please discuss with your infertility specialist.
