Brief Answer:
Mesenteric lymphadenitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
I've gone through the reports.
This seems like mesenterial lymphadenitis, and this is a common issue in children of his age. It is important that there are no signs of appendicitis or other surgical emergencies.
So this condition resolves on its own, similar to flu. This is caused by viral enterocolitis. So he should take enough fluids, vitamin C, and he may take ibuprofen syrup 2 spoons daily. Also, he should have an easy diet, fruit, boiled food, rice, tea, etc.
It should improve in a day, or two if the diagnosis is correct.
Wish you good health.
Regards
