Brief Answer:
Proper Dermatological check-up recommeded...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in detail...

Well, recurring fungal infections need to be examined thoroughly by a Dermatologist in the first place along with a full-body check-up (complete metabolic workup with blood sugar assessment)...Based on the findings, there may be a need to start stronger Perscription based antifungals for a prolonged duration...

Nothing to worry, but since you've already tried a lot of over the counter products, kindly don't delay much longer and get yourself properly clinically checked up at first...

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Further Clinical evaluation necessary...

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

It's important to know the cause of the fungal infection, which can only be ascertained after a thorough clinical check-up as well as investigations as already explained earlier...over the counter creams and ointments can only be effective to some extent...

Since it's recurring, you may need to start even oral antifungals (prescription based medications to be taken after proper supervision of the treating dermatologist)...You have already used a lot of over the counter products, further unsupervised intake can cause more harm than benefit...

A lot of OPDs are reopened and running with proper protection, you can simply get the appointment done online as well...meanwhile, keep the area dry, avoid using soap on the affected part and wear loose-fitting soft cotton garments...

Take Care
Kind Regards
