Hello

After going through the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal rate and left axis deviation with atrial ectopics.

As the patient is diabetic so stress test is also advisable to know the prognosis properly and rule out any underlying coronary artery disease.
