Question : Dear Dr,
I am facing dificulty of uncovering foreskin of penis for cleaning purpose. When I forcibly remove, the skin gets torn and putting the foreskin back becomes difficult. I am a type two diabatic taking Xidue XR 10/1000 once day and my sugar level is under control.

Based on the facts that you have posted You seem to have developed Phimosis secondary to Genital Candidiasis which is very common in people with type two Diabetes.

You need to consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination and will need to undergo a surgery of Circumcision .

This is a simple surgery done under local anesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure.
