Greetings Dr. I maintain strict discipline life. Early morning I after woke up I do physical exercises, yoga, pranayam and meditation. Also I take plenty of water. Second thing, I have a sound sleep. When come to the point of this problem I am not taking any medicines but as far as Anxiety and Depression are concerned I have been taking medicines since 2000, almost for the last 22 years. Might be this is one of the cause of my stomach disorder Doctor. When come to this point doctor, kindly analyse and prescribe medicines for me to get relief from this problem. Waiting for your reply as early as possible.

Brief Answer:
LAXATIVES

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the information.

Sorry for the delay in my response,

You can start with a basic laxative like psyllium husk powder which is a natural laxative and helps in free movement of the intestinal contents. This can aid in digestion and avoid gas formation. Since this does not cause purgation, there is no worry of loose stools or untimely stool urgency.

Take 1 to 2 spoons of the powder either mixed in water of milk at night after food.

Hope, I answered your query.

Regards,

Dear Dr. My question is if indigestion along with headache occurs what medication to take. Secondly, if stomach pain occurs what medicine to take. If motions occur what medicine to take.

Consultation

Hi,

It is better to consult a doctor when you have active symptoms like that. Such symptoms can be seen in food poisoning too. It has to be ruled out with physical examination or blood work up.
