I am suffering from viral fever with sneezing and running nose.
I consulted 2 doctors
1) Azithral + Allegra + aciloc
2) Clavam+ Montair LC + Vizylac

The first combination with Azithral is better choice.

Either of antibiotics do not kill the virus but they avoid the superadded bacterial infection which makes the viral illness worse and troublesome.

The best amongst to avoid a super-added bacterial infection over a viral background is Azithromycin 500mg taken once daily before food for 3 days.
