Brief Answer:
As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Seen the picture.
These are cutaneous lesion.
Since the area is covered most of the times by buttock folds the sweat and serum collected allows infection, does not allow fast healing;
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all, stop using all the ointments.
Clean the area with plain water only, no soaps or so.
Once the area is well cleaned make it dry with a help of a dry cotton cloth or hair dryer.
Then apply Liquid povidone iodine - Betadine and let it dry.
Do this 2 to 4 times.
Take rest in bed and allow aeration, use loose clothes.
You need special care after passing stool to remove all traces of stool.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotic will help a lot - needs a prescription of your Doctor.
Take Multivitamins, mineral and trace elements supplements as it does aid healing.
Stool softener is the stool is hard - to make it soft and not liquid.
Have normal diet and do not alter anything in foods and beverages - continue the things that suits you the most.
Send the sample of stool for lab and also blood tests to see for CBC, sugar and as needed/advised by your Doctor.
With all these measures the healing will be better, faster.
I hope this answer helps you.
lease post feedback and follow up photos to see the progress so that I can assist you further.
