Question: Dear Dr. My name is Kamesh hailed frm and working in XXXXXXX I am a central government employee and my height is 175 cm and weight 75 lgs.
Come to the problem sinve childhood I have been suffering from Depression and Anxiety. But I ignored. When I went to the college all symptoms outbursted. Then i came kmw this s anxiety anddepression. When i vame XXXXXXX in 1998 i consulted neurologist he gave zolax sr 1.5 mg. It did wonders. since 2003 the power reduced dr suggested rivotril 2 mg which presently i am taking to overcome anxiety and palpitations. seond thing wen i am in group i am at the centre of attraction. Immediately i becme nerves and face freezes unable to laugh freely. For this I am taking Inderal LA 40 mg. third thing depression and mood swing.
Every day apart from medication i do muscle relaxation, yoga, breathing exercises and depression.
Presently nonr of the doctors giving appointment becoz CBT. After situation normal i will go for CBT.
Next I visited almost all Doctors in XXXXXXX but vain. Almost all medications I tried.
Sir, kindly treat this problem as fresh case and start giving medicine also give appointment.
Kindly tell me what is the problem and what medicines are required.
