Hello

After reviewing the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a normal sinus rhythm ecg with sinus tachycardia and increased voltage complex in precordial leads which is suggestive of left ventricular hypertrophy due to hypertension.

It’s advisable to get an echocardiogram done for further evaluation.
