Hello,
It's sinus rhythm and Right bundle branch block. No significant St t abnormalities seen.
Possibility of ischemic heart disease / structural heart disease should be ruled out with further evaluation and echo however such changes may be seen in hypertension or with age. So, patient should undergo echo and if normal then stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography to rule out possibility of ischemic heart disease.
