This report is much better than before, your patient health status is improving thanks to GOD.The antibiotic coarse is effective . The lab. results is much better and it seems that your patient conscious level is improving. So, my advice to you is keep on taking :

Meropenam : 1 gm intravenous three times per day
Acyclovir : 1 gm twice per day
this coarse for another 7 days.
Unfortunately, the medical team did not reach to the exact diagnosis after all this lab. works and imaging...

Dear Dr. Shoman,
The patient is having an allergy with blisters all over has body. What could be the reason for that? And, what is the solution?
Regards,
Fadhel
