Brief Answer:
A good mindset can help wellbeing during and after procedure.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again dear XXXXXXX
I am sorry to hear this from you.
I think is better to do it with general anesthesia.
Also keeping calm and being mentally prepared is advisable. I saw you very frightened in first procedure.
Feeling good emotionally and being optimistic can help you a lot in the process.
You can prepare yourself with a good mindset and also with atenolol before procedure to lower anxiety.
Also you may use antinflamatory drugs such advil for pain after procedure.
Also tricyclic antidepressants can be used for irritable overactive bladder.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards.
