Greetings!!!
Ref no: 0000
AMAN-Age: 28 yr old. History of thyroidectomy in 2009 due to thyroid cancer. we don't have any documents available for this condition. Request to confirm the prognosis of thyroid cancer post thyroidectomy.

Thanks for your query.

Thyroid cancer is usually curable with surgery followed sometimes by radioiodine therapy. If the disease is high risk, it might come back in a few cases.

However, as 10 yrs have passed without any relapse, the chance of relapse is really low.
