Question : Dear Sir Kindly opine on attached ECG of 49 age Female with no co-morbidities
Brief Answer:
Likely ischemic heart disease
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm with normal rate rhythm and axis. However, there are st depressions in inferior and lateral precordial leads. This suggests the possibility of ischemic heart disease however such changes may be seen in hypertension. So, patient needs further evaluation and echo. She should undergo echo and if abnormal then coronary angiography, and if normal then stress thallium or CT coronary angiography.
So, it's an abnormal Ecg and needs further.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
