After reviewing the ecg image attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal rate and along with this there are some T wave inversions with st depression in inferior leads III and avf.
These changes could be due to underlying myocardial ischemia so it’s advisable to get an echo and stress test done.
