Question : Dear Sir/Madam,
Please opine on the diagnosis and prognosis for the attached ECG report of 53/male having mild raised serum total cholesterol level (211.4) and history of cardiovascular disease for mother.

Hello

The quality of the ecg is very poor and am not able to access inferior leads strip. Anterior leads shows no significant STT changes.

As the patient had raised cholesterol levels with positive family history it’s advisable to get a stress test done for proper evaluation.
