Please provide your valuable opinion on attached ECG no 0000 of 55 yr male with average built and no any past medical history

Hello

After reviewing the ecg image attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal ventricular rate, normal axis and some non significant STT changes.

So taking into consideration the age of the patient it’s advisable that patient should undergo a TMT once for further evaluation.
