Your symptoms suggests to be viral fever

If you don't have any symptoms like, cough or runny nose, throat pain or any other symptoms then you can take Tab. Hifenac P 1 tablet 2 times a day for 3 days.

Dear Sir/Mam,
Yesterday i taken the prescribed medicines and headache and fever was better.

But today morning around 6 am i felt very cold and shivering along with moderate headache and mild fever. After 2-3 hours i got sweat and little relief. Yesterday morning also i felt very cold as well.

Please help.

DO you have any burning sensation while passing the urine? or any pain abdomen
If fever is not reduced even after 2 days or if you get any new symptoms then you'll need a course of antibiotic, for which you'll need to consult the physician in person

Also I did not get the medicine Hifenec p-1 tablet from store. He given me another medicine with same salt.
If possible please prescribe with some other medicine.
