Question : Dear Sir,

Morning when I woke observed small pimples on penis, pls find attached photos. They are painless
Advice me course of action further, Is it any infection?

Hi,

I reviewed the pictures attached and based on what I see, those pimple like lesions look like fordyce spots. These are sebaceous gland prominence and is harmless. Fordyce spot is not a feature of infection. I would not be worried about it.
