Brief Answer:
He has Kidney Paranchymal disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts and reports of your father that you have posted his blood urea and Serum creatinine is raised due to Chronic Paranchymal Kidney Disease (CKD) secondary to Diabetes.

It is a progressive disease and there are no chances of regeneration of nephrons so that it can be reversed (cured)to normal.

Taking low protein diet ,restrict salt, water and proper control of diabetes will help to keep the urea and creatinine levels in control

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Continue medicines he is taking now

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up

Since he is vegetarian he should take less cereals instead take more leafy vegetables

Water intake should be 2 to 2.5 liters per day.

There are no additional medicines for CKD.
