It's atrial fibrillation with fast ventricular

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's atrial fibrillation with fast ventricular rate. There are also St t abnormalities seen in lateral precordial leads.
So, there is possibility of ischemic heart disease as well. So, patient needs heart rate control and further evaluation. Echo and followed by CT coronary angiography or coronary angiography is necessary after echo report. So, this is an abnormal Ecg and needs further evaluation.
