Hello

After going through the ECG report attached by you I would like to tell you that yes there are changes in ECG which are suggestive of WPW syndrome and also there are qs complexes in the inferior leads ( could be because of old MI)

It’s advisable to get an echo as well as a supervised TMT done to rule out coronary artery disease.
