                                    Brief Answer:
T WAVE CHANGES PRESENT
Detailed Answer:
Firstly, there is no background small and large squares present for calculating intervals. Rhythm is sinus and regular, normal axis, T wave inversions in V1-4 and flattening in V5-6. Rate appears normal although we can't exactly calculate it.
So overall, possibility of ischemic disease is there and should be ruled out with echo considering the changes. However, such changes may be seen in patients with hypertension or with age. So echo is advisable.
