Question : Dear Sir,
Please advise regarding prognosis in a 47 yrs old lady with persistent HPV 16. Colposcopy with LEEP of cervix done in August 2018. Discharge card attached herewith for reference.

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The LEEP biopsy that was done in 2018 was uneventful. You need to attach the biopsy report also to judge the prognosis. Usually the abnormal part is removed during LEEP and further treatment is not needed. However it is best to continue with annual PAP smear examinations to rule out any malignancy.
