Brief Answer:
It's rbbb
Detailed Answer:
I have gone through Ecg report. It's sinus and regular rhythm, with normal axis. It's showing rbbb with corresponding St t changes. No evidence of wpw syndrome on Ecg.
In such changes, possibility of coronary artery disease should be ruled out with further evaluation, however such changes may be seen in hypertension or with age. So, patient should undergo echo and if echo is normal then stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
