Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer cardiologist.
The attached ECG shows sinus rhythm with XXXXXXX waves suggestive of WPW syndrome. It can cause abnormal palpitations (PSVT).
Currently does not need any further evaluation and no treatment needed but if develop symptoms (palpitations), may need treatment.
