Brief Answer:
Nonspecific t wave changes
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm and t wave inversion in v1-4.
So, there are nonspecific t wave changes. Possibility of IHD should be ruled out with further evaluation. Patients need echo and if normal then TMT, to rule out possibility of IHD.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
