Hello

After reviewing the ecg image attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal heart rate and RBBB pattern. This pattern is normally seen in healthy individuals also but an echocardiogram should be carried out to complete proper evaluation.

Kindly get an echo done to rule out any structural abnormality.
