Detailed Answer:
Hello
After going through the medical details provided by you and the ecg report attached I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal heart rate and no other significant STT changes. There is increased voltage qrs complexes suggestive of biventricular hypertrophy.
However taking into consideration the age and history of diabetes and increased voltage complexes in ecg it’s highly advisable to get an echocardiogram done.
Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
