DYSLIPIDAEMIA

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to Ask a Doctor Service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and the reports.

The reports show a deranged lipid profile with elevated cholesterol levels(normal levels are less than 150) and an elevated Triglyceride levels(normal levels is below 200).
There is a marginal increase in SGOT and SGPT which are the enzymes secreted by lever.
A HbA1C levels up to 5.6% is normal and Hemoglobin A1c levels between 5.7% and 6.4% means the individual has a higher chance of getting diabetes(Prediabetic).
Probably you have quoted a wrong Serum creatinine value.
Normal levels of creatinine in the blood are approximately 0.6 to 1.2 mg per dL in adult males and 0.5 to 1.1 milligrams per deciliter in adult females.Kindly send the print report of scr. 0000 as I did not get you.
ECG Tracings seem to be with in normal limits.

Shrikant,We should always read the investigations in the context of the patient.
It would have no clinical significance if we read them in isolation.
I request you to kindly share the present symptoms, past history, history of associated illnesses and family history so that I can guide you further.

Waiting for your revert.
Regards.
