You can o for a HRCT thorax
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your reports and I can understand your concerns.
The given X-ray film shows some scattered opacity ( reticulonodular opacity)in the right side of your lung. It is not a significant finding and probably due to inflammatory changes arising out of long standing COPD.
There is blunting of CP ( costophrenic angle) on right side. It is usually seen in conditions like pleural effusion, However long standing COPD can also cause pleural thickening and blunting of CP angle.
Airspace opacity is seen in right lower lobe. It is also a vague non specific finding and we can not make any inference from it.
You can go for an HRCT thorax to get a better clinical picture.
Wishing all the best
