Rate is normal and rhythm is sinus, regular. There are low voltage complexes. QRS is showing RBBB with corresponding St t changes. Q wave in III avf.
So, overall, this is abnormal Ecg with RBBB pattern and Q wave.
Needs echo, and stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography if echo is normal to rule out possibility of coronary artery disease.
