Rbbb
Detailed Answer:
It's sinus rhythm with leftward axis, regular rhythm. QRS is of RBBB morphology with corresponding St t changes. No other significant abnormalities.
Possibility of CAD should be ruled out with echo and if normal then needs stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography. However, rbbb is usually a hypertension related change, but should be evaluated.
