Hello

After reviewing the ecg image attached by you I would like to tell you that ecg is not normal as there is q wave in v1 to v4 with T wave inversions which could be because of old myocardial injury and also taking into consideration the age and history of hypertension further evaluation is advisable.

An echocardiogram is advisable.
