Question : Brief Answer:
It's rbbb
Detailed Answer:
It's showing sinus tachycardia with rbbb with corresponding St t changes and left axis deviation.
In such cases, the possibility of CAD should be ruled out with further evaluation and echo however such changes may be seen in hypertension or with age. The patient should undergo echo and if normal then stress tests like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography. If the echo is abnormal then straightforward angiography.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
