                                    Brief Answer:
Normal variant
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Its sinus rhythm with normal rate rhythm and axis. It shows T wave inversion in avl. There are ST elevations in inferior and lateral precordial leads which are likely related to early repolarisation pattern. No other significant st t abnormalities seen. Such pattern is usually considered as a normal variant. This does not need any specific investigations unless patient has got any symptoms.
So, this is probably a normal variant and need further evaluation if patient has got any symptoms.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
