I've gone through your query and checked the attached ECG film...

Well, firstly please note, any form of ECG findings should be correlated with the patient in person along with a thorough clinical assessment...

In this case, the report needs to be evaluated further and correlated with the patient (a proper in-person clinical assessment by a Cardiologist or a Physician along with a 2D Echocardiography, serum electrolytes, kidney function test, lipid profile as a part of initial assessment)...management can be done based on the findings...
