Please provide your valuable opinion on attached ecg0000 of 41y/m k/c/o diabetes on medication since 2 yrs , recent Hba1c - 6.8% , average built , no P/H/O any other major ailment

Hello

After reviewing the ECG report attached by you I would like to tell you that it's a sinus rhythm ECG with normal heart rate and no other significant ST-T changes.

As patient is diabetic so a TMT is advisable to rule out any underlying cardiac issues.
