Question : Dear Sir , Please provide your valuable opinion on attached ECG 0000 of 58 y/female , Average built , K/C/O Diabetes On tab. ISRYL-M2 , no h/o any other major ailment.

ECG shows signs of chronic ischemia, further evaluation is must

Hello,

The ECG shows T inversion and ST depression in the anterolateral chest leads indicating ischemia.

Please consult a cardiologist and get TMT and Echocardiography done, angiography will be needed at the earliest.
