Question: Dear Sir , Please provide your valuable opinion on attached ECG0000 of 56 yrs /female , average build , k/c/o Hypothyroidim on Tab. eltroxin 75mcg daily since 2 years.
No P/H/O any other major illness

I've gone through your query and checked the attached ECG strip...

Well, there are some ST-T changes in the Infero-lateral leads which may or may not be significant...Secondly, any form of ECG findings should be correlated with the patient in person along with a thorough clinical assessment...

So, it's recommended to get a clinical assessment done by a Cardiologist along with 2D Echocardiography, serum electrolytes, kidney function test, lipid profile and rechecking the latest Thyroid function as a part of initial assessment)...management can be done based on the findings...
