Brief Answer:
it's abnormal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I assume all ECGs belong to the same person.

Out of the three ECGs, first and last shows ischemic changes in the form of ST depression in inferolateral leads. And middle ECG is normal.
The echo is also normal.

If the patient is hypertensive then such changes may be seen, however considering normal echo, the possibility of ischemic heart disease should be ruled out with further evaluation. So, the patient should undergo CT coronary angiography or stress thallium.

So, there are some changes in some ECGs that need further evaluation to rule out the possibility of blockages.

Hope this helps you.
