Question : Dear Sir, Please refer attached ECG, 2 D Echo and TMT report and advise regarding prognosis of this case. Patient is a known Diabetic with sugar levels under control - HbA1c - 6.3.

Hello

After reviewing all the reports attached by you I would like to tell you that both ecg and echocardiography of the patient is well within normal limits with no other significant STT changes.

Also the stress test is negative for inducible ischemia which makes underlying coronary disease unlikely.

Also the HBA1c is under good control. So overall the situation is well under control with a fair prognosis as of now.
