Question : Dear Sir,

Please refer attached ECG and 2 D Echo reports and advise regarding prognosis in a 49 years old lady with history of Hypothyroidism. No other medical history.

Hello

After reviewing the medical details and the echo ecg reports attached by you I would like to tell you that the reports are well within normal range.

There are no alarming changes in ecg and in echo the pumping capacity of heart is also normal.

As the patient is young so the overall prognosis is good.
