Please refer attached birth discharge summary and recent consultation papers and advise regarding overall prognosis and line of treatment in this case.

I have seen all your attached reports.
From what I understand
1. He is doing well in terms of weight and mental development milestones as expected.
2. He has been prescribed appropriate inhalers with kit for recurrent wheezing. Correct line of management.
3. No ROP in eye in latest visit. That is good too
4. Continue vaccinations as recommended.
5. Take flu vaccine yearly to prevent respiratory infections.
